Unidirectional Fabrics (UD Fabrics) are made of E-Glass Roving which is paralleled along 0° (warp/UDL) or 90° (weft/UDT) direction and stitched by polyester yarn. Chopped Strand Mat and Non-woven Fabric (polyester veil, fiberglass veil and carbon fiber veil) is available to be selected to stitched together as customer's requirement. UD fabrics are compatible with polyester, vinyl ester and epoxy resin. It is designed for pultrusion, filament winding, hand lay-up, vacuum infusion processes. They are widely used in wind blades, shipbuilding, FRP pipes and tanks, marine panels, sports goods, truck panels, automobile industries etc.

Packaging:

Each roll of Fiberglass UD Fabric is rolled on a paper tube with inner diameter 76mm (3") and warped with plastic film and then put it into a indivivual cardboard box.

Lay the rolls horizontally on the pallet, 16 or 12 cartons per pallet.

Storage:

The product should be stored in a cool and dry place. The recommend storage environment is room temperature is around 15℃ to 35℃ and relative humidity is around 35% to 65% and keep the products in its original packaging to avoide mositure absorption and pollution.
